By cheque or money order:

Cheques or money orders may be posted with a downloaded form, or you may submit the electronic form and forward the cheque or money order separately with details of your name.
By direct debit:
If you wish to pay by direct debit please select "payment on invoice" either on the posted downloaded form or on the electronic form. The invoice includes direct debit payment details.
By credit card:
To pay by credit card, please select revelevant box and the administration officer will call you on the number you have listed on the form below. If completing the downloaded form, please complete the relevant section with your credit card details.

Download and print a VATME Membership Application.
Complete the form and send it to PO Box 123, Moreland 3058 with a cheque made out to VATME or the completed credit card payment.

A staff member will ring you to complete the credit card payment.
Your membership will not be completed until payment has been received.
